Welcome to the
Jigalong®license/franchisesite -
Musical exercise classes for
young children aged 3-6 years. Movements from various disciplines - Yoga, Quigong, Fitness and
Dance - are included. All of these are simplified to take into account the
age of the children who can share the enjoyment of keeping fit in an informal and fun way.
Jigalong may be purchased as a license and
used within a school. It is particularly suitable for use in Planning, Preparation
& Assessment (PPA) time and could easily be taken by
teachers, teaching assistants or others qualified to work with children. Each
session lasts for about 35 minutes or longer with self-assessment time and
includes skills children need to learn at Key Stage 1 of the school curriculum.
Alternatively Jigalong may be run as a franchise either in
schools or in hired halls at other times.
